The incumbent is responsible to manage overall BIC running projects/ideas from Initial phase till handover into company. 备注：该岗位直接向外籍经理汇报工作，要求英文听说读写流利 
  
  
  
Duties and responsibilities 
  
1. Manage overall progress of running BIC projects to ensure deadlines for all phases are met and all issues, expected or unexpected, are resolved both internally or with assistance from partner 
  
2. Manage all relevant internal activities to ensure on-time delivery of successful results 
  
3. Ensure constant effective communication with partner so that progress on partner’s side is appropriate and any contingencies are covered 
  
4. Monitor all relevant activities during pilot of new service/product to ensure pilot meets expectations of both HCC and partner 
  
5. Provide performance for other related issues or as required. 
  
  
  
Requirements 
  
Education/Experience 
  
1. University degree and above 
  
2. 3+ years working experience, 1+ year experience in project management in financial business 
  
3. Experience with using methods and techniques for business project management, business case development, change management 
  
4. Experience in product management or business development is an advantage 
  
5. Experience in consulting companies is an advantage 
  
6. Ability to deal with ambiguity and limited resources
